ABOUT Grilled Malacca Eggplant RECIPE

This dish is made of eggplant slices marinate with spices and grilled.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggplant - 1
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Sprig Malacca spice mix - 1 tsp
  4. Ginger & Green chillies paste - 1 tsp
  5. Chat masala ( To sprinkle from top on eggplant)
  6. Oil for grilling and add 1 tsp oil in marination too.

Instructions

  1. Take one eggplant
  2. Cut it into thick round slices.
  3. Sprinkle salt & mallaca spice mix.
  4. Grind ginger & green chili into a paste.
  5. Add this ginger and chillies paste into eggplant.
  6. Add one tsp of oil in marination.
  7. Mix it well and marinate it for 15-20 mins. After marinating, add few drops of refined oil in nonstick grilled pan. Place all the pieces of eggplant and let it grill until it becomes crispier.
  8. Filp the side of all eggplant slices and grill it from other side too..
  9. Turn off the gas once the eggplant slices are completed grilled.
  10. Sprinkle chat masala over the slices and serve hot .
