Home made bell pepper rings with Indian spicess.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 3 coloured bell pepper rings
  2. 300 gm paneer
  3. 2tbsp greated coconut
  4. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  5. 1 tsp oregano
  6. 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
  7. 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
  8. Few saffrons
  9. 2 tbsp worm milk
  10. 10 piece resins
  11. 1/2 tsp pepper coarse
  12. 3 tbsp corn starch
  13. 1 tbsp finely chopped green chili
  14. 2 tbsp mint chutney
  15. 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Cut the bell pepper 1/2 inch thick rings.
  2. Remove the white parts and seeds.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Great paneer and divide into 3 portions.
  5. First stuffing :add coconut, 1 tbsp corn starch, chilli flakes, oregano, cashew nuts, paneer, white pepper powder, salt and mix well.
  6. Second stuffing : soaked few saffrons in worm milk.
  7. Add soaked saffrons with pander, resins, pepper coarse, 1 tbsp corn starch, salt and mix well.
  8. Third stuffing : add paneer, green chilli, 1 tbsp corn starch, mint chutney, lemon zest, salt and mix well.
  9. Now 3 different stuffings are ready.
  10. Take 1 ring add stuffing init by pushing to the corners.
  11. Add another ring in the middle.
  12. If the ring doesn't fit in, cut one portion and make it small ring.
  13. Add stuffing in middle.
  14. Press it nicely with your palm. Stuff all the rings like this.
  15. Placed all the stuffed rings in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  16. Heat a pan add oil.
  17. Shallow fry all the rings on low flame for 5 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid.
  18. Now open the lid and turn another side.
  19. Bake for 5minute.
