  1. 1. CAPSICUM 5,
  2. 2.,CAULIFLOWER 1 KG,
  3. 3. BEETROOT 1
  4. 4. ONIONS 8,
  5. 5. LEMON-1
  6. 6. POTATOES 4
  7. 7. GREEN PEAS 500GM
  8. 8. BUTTER AS NEEDED
  9. 9. RED CHILLIES 5 TO BE BOILED
  10. 10. GARLIC 7 CLOVES
  11. 13. PAV BHAAJI MASALA AS PER TASTE

Instructions

  1. 1. FRY FINELY CHOPPPED TILL BROWN.
  2. 2. AT THE SAME TIME BOIL ALL THE ABOVE VEGS EXPECT RED CHILLIES AND GARLIC.
  3. 3 BOIL RED CHILLIES IN A SMALL VESSEL FOR 2 MINS.
  4. 4. GIVE FOUR WHISTLES FOR ALL THE ABOVE FINELY CHOPPED VEGETABLES TO BE BOILED.
  5. 5. REMOVE BEETROOT ASIDE, AND GRIND INTO PASTE.
  6. 6. MASH ALL THE ABOVE BOILED VEGETABLES.
  7. 7. AFTER THE ABOVE ONIONS IN STEP 1.ARE BROWN, ADD RED CHILLIES GARLIC PASTE TO IT.
  8. 8. THEN ADD FINELY MASHED VEGS TO IT, SALT TO TASTE AND PAV BHAAJI MASALA AS PER REQD TASTE.
  9. 9. GARNISH WITH FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER
  10. 10. LEAVE SOME BUTTER ON THE TOP.
  11. MAST PAV BHAAJI READY. SERVE WITH BUTTER TOASTED PAV.
