Ingredients to make Lasan nu kachhu (green garlic chutney)

  • 1 bunch green garlic, peeled chopped very finely
  • 3 medium sized potatoes boiled
  • 3tbsp each of green chillypaste, garam Masala powder, green garlic paste.
  • Salt to taste
  • 3tbsp cream,whipped
  • 1 cup oil

How to make Lasan nu kachhu (green garlic chutney)

  1. Peel dry skin and separate garlic bulb shoots.very finely chop,green garlic.
  2. Peeling boiled potatoes mash them.pit aside.
  3. In glass bowl mix all ingredients. And add whipped cream. Lastly add oil mixing it well.
  4. Add more green chillypaste, garam Masala as per requirements
