Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cluster Beans 250 gms
  2. Potato 3 small
  3. Onion 2
  4. Tomato 3
  5. Green chilly 1
  6. Red chilly powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  10. Curry leaves 1 sprig
  11. Urad dal 1/4 tsp
  12. Water 125 ml
  13. Lemonade 1 tbsp
  14. coriander leaves little

Instructions

  1. Wash and thin slice the beans
  2. Wash , peel and dice the potato
  3. Marinate the veggies with the turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder for 5 mins
  4. Heat oil, add mustard seeds ,urad dal, green chilly , curry leaves, and onions
  5. Once onions are turned soft add the marinated veg mix and stir well
  6. Add tomatoes and stir well
  7. Add salt, coriander leaves and water and pressure cook for 4 whistles.
  8. Once the pressure is released add the lemonade
  9. Serve with rotis or steamed rice with dal and ghee
