Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For potato balls---
  2. 3 boiled potato
  3. 1 /2 chop onion
  4. 1/2 chop capsicum
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  7. 1/ 2 cup bread crumb
  8. 1 tsp cornflour
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Oil for frying
  11. For manchurian gravy---
  12. 1 tbsp Butter
  13. 1/2 chop onion
  14. 1/2 chop capsicum
  15. 1 chop tomato
  16. 6 garlic cloves
  17. 1 tsp Ginger paste
  18. 1 tsp vinegar
  19. 1 tsp soya sauce
  20. 2 tsp chilli sauce
  21. 2 tsp tomato sauce
  22. Salt
  23. 1 tsp sugar
  24. 1 tsp cornflour
  25. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/4 CUP CAPSICUM INTO 3 BOILED & GRATED POTATOES
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP ONION
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  4. ADD 1 TSP CORNFLOUR
  5. ADD PEPPER TO TASTE
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP BREADCRUMBS
  7. AND A HANDFUL OF CORIANDER
  8. MIX & SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS
  9. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  10. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN THEY TURN GOLDEN BROWN, KEEP ASIDE
  11. IN 1TBSP MELTED BUTTER, FRY 6 GARLIC CLOVES & 1/4 CUP ONION
  12. ADD 1/4 CUP CAPSICUM
  13. ADD 1 TOMATO & SALT TO TASTE
  14. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF CHILLI SAUCE & TOMATO SAUCE
  15. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF SOYA SAUCE & VINEGAR
  16. ADD 1 TSP CORNFLOUR & MIX
  17. ADD PEPPER TO TASTE
  18. MIX 1 TSP SUGAR & 1.5 CUPS WATER
  19. ADD FRIED POTATO BALLS & SIMMER FOR 3 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
  20. SERVE HOT
