ABOUT Sprig Cottage Cheese Platter RECIPE

The first thing that Sprig Sprinkle Spice made me think is this healthy sizzler with mild seasoning, some soy sauce drizzle, blanched spinach, saute veggies and pan-fried chunks of cottage cheese. Sprig Spices Sprinkle truly gave a delectable taste to paneer and rice. Enjoyed doing my simple yet healthy platter.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 grams Cottage cheese
  2. 1 capsicum
  3. 1 small onion sliced
  4. 1 small tomato chopped
  5. 1 small bunch of spinach blanched
  6. 1 medium Carrot cut long
  7. 1 medium cup cooked Rice
  8. 1 small cup soy sauce
  9. 2 tblspn Oil
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Bit of garlic crush
  12. 2Tblspn Sprig spice Sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Keep ready the Sprig Spice and Paneer block
  2. Cut paneer into long and thick pieces
  3. Keep ready long cut carrots, sliced onion ,chopped tomatoes
  4. Slice capsicum to add to platter
  5. Heat oil in a pan and pan fry cut cottage cheese
  6. Pan fry till golden
  7. Now pan fry the sliced onions
  8. Now fry the Carrots
  9. On other side, blanch spinach leaves
  10. Take one large cup steamed rice
  11. Arrange the platter now
  12. Keep handy all ingredients
  13. Place the rice bed and sprinkle the Sprig Spice
  14. On this arrange the Cottage cheese on the rice and veggies around too
  15. Pour over the Soy sauce on the Cottage cheese and rice
  16. On the paneer, again sprinkle the Sprig 7 in one Spice
  17. Serve hot and enjoy!
