Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2cup Chopped mixdry fruits
  2. 1 cup Overnight black chickpea
  3. 1/2 cup mawa
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup or according to taste
  5. 4 tablespoons Ghee
  6. 1/4 cup water
  7. 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions

  1. Grind black chickpea using 1/2 cup milk
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and add grind chickpea
  3. Saute until chickpea leave ghee
  4. Add chopped dry fruit and Mava and sauté again for 5 minute on low flame
  5. Now make sugar syrup take a pen and add water and sugar and make 2 thread sugar syrup
  6. Add roasted chickpea and mix very well
  7. Grease a plate and spread this mixture and sprinkle some more chopped dry fruits on fudge.
  8. Cut in rectangle shape and leave for 2 to 3 hours
  9. After two or three hours serve this delicious fudge
