Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Suji 2 cup
  2. 2 onion chopped fine
  3. Hara dhaniya
  4. Dhaniya powder 1spn
  5. Green chilly chopped 3-4
  6. Jeera 1 1/2 spn
  7. Salt as taste
  8. Haldi 1spn
  9. Oil 2small spn
  10. Ajwain 1 spn

Instructions

  1. 1. take a big bowl, now put suji in the bowl . 2. Add onion to it. 3. The add all masala to it . 4. Add salt as taste . 5. Now add small amount of oil in it and mix all things together. 6. Now add little amount of water and mix it and dough of the mixture. 7. Now rest it for 1/2 hrs to 1 hr.after thaat u see that suji will rise bit. 8. Now take little oil in hand make the small rounds of atta. 9. Now take wheat flour and make paranthe and then put it on the tawa .Cook it on the medium flame,otherwise the paranthe will get burn. 10. Now u make all the paranthe and serve them with aam ka achar and chilled curd. I hope you will definitely enjoy the paranthe.
