Ingredients to make Saali par endu (eggs on potatoes chips

  • 2 small onions,chopped
  • 1 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cloves,pepper,
  • 1 tbsp green chillypaste
  • 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp dhania powder
  • 2 tbsp garammasala
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 50 gm saali, potatoes long slim chips
  • 1 eggs
  • salt to taste

How to make Saali par endu (eggs on potatoes chips

  1. In kadai, heat oil splutter Cummin seeds. Saute crushed dry spice.
  2. Add onion. Saute till dark in color. Add tomatoes once oil starts separating.
  3. Add all Masalas n saute on low flame till oil separates out and becomes like dark paste.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Sprinkle potatoes chips covering paste.
  6. Break egg on whole potatoes chips n let it cook covered on slow flame.
