Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 medium size boiled potatoes
  2. 4teaspoon kali mirch powder
  3. 2 chopped green chilli
  4. 1teaspoon lemon juice
  5. Chopped coriander leaves
  6. Senda namak as per test(rock salt)
  7. 1/2 teaspoon suger
  8. 1 1/2 cup singade ka atta
  9. 2cup water
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Ek bowl mai boiled potatoes, roasted crushed penutes ,kalimirch, hari Mitch,chopped coriander leaves,salt,suger,leamon juice sabhi ko mix kare. Unke chote chote balls banale.
  2. Dusare bowl mai Singade ka atta, Kali Mitch,namak aur paani melakar gadha mixture banae
  3. Ek pan mai oil garam Kare, aloo ke balls ko singade ke ghole mai se nekalker oil mai brown hone tak fry kare, aloovada is ready
  4. Dahi ya tali hui Mitch ke saath serve kare
