Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Thin unsalted sev - 250 gms
  2. Sugar - 250 gms
  3. Mawa/whole dried milk - 250 gms
  4. Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  5. Rose essence - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat milk and sugar in a pan.
  2. When sugar disolved add cardamom powder and stir continuously till thick.
  3. Add unsalted sev and mix well
  4. Add mawa/whole dried milk and rose essence and mix well.
  5. Turn off the flame.
  6. Pour the mixture in the greased plate
  7. Cut into pieces
