Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Milk half liter
  2. Khoya 100 grams
  3. Sugar 125 grams
  4. Rice flour 50 grams
  5. Kaju 5 to 6 pieces broken into small fragments
  6. Kesar 5 to 7 strands
  7. Silver foil as per requirement
  8. Flat earthen dishes 8

Instructions

  1. Boil milk.
  2. Add sugar.
  3. Add khoya.mix thoroughly.
  4. Add rice flour mixed with some water.
  5. Stir thoroughly. Add saffron , soaked in 1 tablespoon milk.
  6. Stir continuously till pudding like pouring consistency is achieved.
  7. pour in earthen dishes.
  8. Decorate with silver foil and pistachios.
