  • Avocado 1 large
  • Cucumber - 1/2
  • Carrot - 1/2
  • veg mayonnaise - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Sushi Rice 100 gms
  • Noori Sheet - 1
  • Pickled Ginger - 1 tsp
  • Soy Sauce - 4 ml
  • Wasabi Powder - 1 tsp
  • sesame seed - 1/2 tsp
  • For the SUSHI RICE:
  • Sushi Rice - 200 gms
  • Sushi Vinegar 50 ml
  • For the SUSHI VINEGAR:
  • Rice Vinegar 600 ml
  • Sugar - 300 gms
  • Salt - 100 gms
  • Konbu - 10 gms

How to make Veg California Roll

  1. Place all the ingredients of sushi vinegar and give it one boil.
  2. Place noori sheet length wise towards your side on maki mat.
  3. Spread the sushi rice sprinkle the sesame seed turn the rice side down place the stuffing : avocado, cucumber, carrot and veg mayo
  4. Serve with wasabi and gari.
