ABOUT Ada dosa RECIPE

Ada dosa is a south indian special multigrain dosa. It is a healthy breakfast and easy to make. This dosa doesnot need fermentation. If u r bored of making regular breakfast everyday then it is the right breakfast idea for a day. White coconut chutney or tomatoe chutney is the best combintation for this. Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw rice 2 cups
  2. Black gram, green gram (moong dal), bengal gram (chana dal) - 1 cup ( ratio is 2:1 that is if raw rice is 2 cups then u should take all the pulses you have is 1 cup)
  3. Dry chilli - 2 or 3 (your preference)
  4. Curry leaves - 1 slit

Instructions

  1. Firstly wash all ingredients and leave it overnight or for 4 to 5 hours.
  2. The next day grind it well and the batter is ready for making.
  3. A ladle full of batter and pour in the tawa and make a very thin dosa.
  4. You can have it with tomato chutney or coconut chutney. :smile:
