Nutella Crepes

Light, thin crepes that melt in the mouth.. So delicious and so easy!

Recipe Ingredients

  • For the crepes-
  • 1 cup All purpose Flour(maida)
  • 2 tbsp Sugar(powdered)
  • 1 cup Toned Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 gms Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup water
  • Other Ingredients-
  • Extra butter for pan
  • 2 tbsp Nutella per Crepe

Recipe Preparation

  1. Take a large bowl and add flour, eggs, sugar, water, Milk, Vanilla extract and melted butter to it. Whisk well with a hand held blender till smooth and no lumps remain. Cover and keep refrigerated for 1 hour.
  2. Heat a small non stick pan over medium heat, swirl a tsp of butter and add a small amount of crepe batter spreading it out thinly like a dosa. Cook for 30 seconds or till light brown and flip. Cook till crisp and brown on both sides.
  3. Remove to a plate, spread the nutella on the crepe, fold and serve hot.
