  • 10-12 graham cracker crumbs (You can substitute this with cookies, wafers or crunchy cereal)
  • 30 grams light or dark brown sugar
  • 6 tbsp butter, unsalted and melted
  • A pinch of salt
  • Filling Ingredients:
  • 240 ml cream cheese, softened
  • 125 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 400 ml sweet condensed milk

How to make Lemon icebox pie
