SIEVE 1.5 CUPS FLOUR & 2 TBSP BAKING POWDER
ADD 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
ADD 3/4 TSP PEPPER
ADD 3 TBSP UNSWEETENED COCOA POWDER
SIFT TWICE & KEEP ASIDE
TO 110 GMS BUTTER, ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR
BEAT TILL FLUFFY
ADD 1 EGG & BEAT
ADD HALF THE QUANTITY OF SIFTED INGREDIENTS & MIX
ADD 1 MORE EGG & BEAT
ADD THE REMAINING SIFTED MIX & BEAT
ADD 1 CUP BOILED & MASHED POTATOES
ADD 1/2 CUP CURD
ADD 1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE & MIX
ADD 40 GMS CHOCOLATE PIECES
TRANSFER THE BATTER TO MUFFIN MOULDS, SPRINKLE 10 GMS CHOCOLATE PIECES ON THE TOP
BAKE IN PRE HEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 15 MINS & SERVE
