Its a fusion dish,., doda is a very famous sindhi breakfast I give it a italian pizza taste.hope you all like it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For doda-rice flour -1 cup
  2. Salt- to taste
  3. Oil-1 1/2 tables spoon
  4. Potato- 1/4 (grated)
  5. Coriander leave -1 tablespoon
  6. For topping- cabbage -1/4 cup roughly chopped
  7. Capsicum-1 roughly chopped
  8. Onion-2 cut into length
  9. Tomato -1 roughly chopped
  10. Pizza sauce -2 tablespoon
  11. Oragano-1 teaspoon
  12. Mozzorella chees-2 tablespoon (grated)
  13. Tomato sauce -1 tablespoon
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Oil-1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. First we knead doda dough.
  2. Mix all the ingrediant of doda.
  3. Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough.
  4. Now grease your palm with oil.take a handful of this dough and pat it gently on your palm.now carefully place it on hot and grease non stick tawa.now quickly patting it and rotating till it reach parantha thikness.
  5. Now roast it both sides sprinkle oil and take out in a plate.
  6. For topping heat oil in pan add capsicum,cabbage,onion and saute tgem for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add tomatoes and saute for a minute.
  8. Now add tomato sauce and salt and mix well.
  9. Add oragano and mix well.switch off the flame.
  10. Now apply pizza sauce over to the rice doda.
  11. Now spread topping,
  12. Spread cheese
  13. Now back it for 1 minute,
