ABOUT 3 in 1 Nankhatai RECIPE

Nankhatai can be called as soft indian cookies. 3 types of nankhatai, coconut, elaichi and dry fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Dalda ghee 1/2 cup
  3. Grounded Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
  5. Elaichi powder 1 tspn
  6. Chopped cashews 2
  7. Chopped almonds 2
  8. Desi ghee for greasing

Instructions

  1. Take sugar and ghee in a bowl and mix well until it turns smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add maida and knead dough.
  3. Now divide dough into two parts.
  4. Mix coconut in one part and elaichi powder in other.
  5. Make small balls out of it. Stuff dry fruits in some of them.
  6. Preheat oven for 5 minutes on 180* C.
  7. Grease tray and bake nankhatai for 15 minutes at 180* C.
