ABOUT MUTIGRAIN QUINOA DOSA RECIPE

The South Indian Snack and favourite breakfast item of most Indians is given a healthy makeover so you can include it your every day diet. The use of quinoa makes it easy for diabetic people to consume. Do try the soft dosas at home and you may want to skip from buying the store bought batter forever.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 & 1/2 cup quinoa
  2. 1/2 cup rice
  3. 1 cup urad dal
  4. 1/4th cup chana dal
  5. 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  6. 1/4th cup mung dal

Instructions

  1. Soak the grains and lentils in water for 8 hours
  2. Grind to a smooth batter .
  3. Let it ferment for 8 hours.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp of salt.
  5. Heat an iron griddle.
  6. Grease with oil of ghee.
  7. Cook Dosas till nice and crispy
  8. Serve with Sambar and Chutney
