ABOUT MUNGRA BUNDI KI SABJI RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup mungra
  2. 1/2 cup bundi
  3. 1 onoin cut in Julian
  4. 2 bellpaper cut in Julian
  5. 1 chopped tomato
  6. 1 tsp chopped adruk
  7. 1/2 tsp chopped chillies
  8. 1/2 tsp jeera
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  10. 1/2 tsp salt
  11. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  12. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  13. 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok add jeera tii brown... add adruk, chilles and onion
  2. Saute till transparent add capsicum saute for 5 minutes add tomatoes. Cook until soft.. add all spices, salt, mungra. Mix well. cover with lid for 3-4 minutes. At the end add bundi and coriander leaves amd gas turn
  3. Enjoy hot with any pranatha
