Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled n grated potatoes - 3 medium size
  2. Besan - 1 cup
  3. Red chily powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Dry mint leaves - 1 tsp
  7. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Oil - 1 tbsp
  10. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all listed ingredients and mix well
  2. Dont use water.
  3. Make a soft and smooth dough.
  4. Keep aside for 30 mins.
  5. Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying the bhujia.
  6. Use the bhujia / sev make machine and fixed the bhujia plate.
  7. Fill the machine with potato and gram flour mixture dough.
  8. When oil is hot press the bhujia machine over the oil
  9. Put the the gas in a medium flame.
  10. Repeat the process to finish the dough.
  11. Deep fry the bhujia for 2 - 3 mins and then flip it.
  12. Drain in paper napkin.
  13. Serve hot with tea.
