Tangy masala with full egg fry

Masala Egg

Ingredients to make Masala Egg

  • 3 eggs
  • 2medium tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1cup Corriander
  • 1/2tsp haldi
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2tsp Corriander powder
  • 2tsp oil

How to make Masala Egg

  1. First grind tomatoes,chillies,ginger garlic paste n corriander in a thick paste n keep aside.
  2. Take oil in a pan n add d chopped onions n saute for few seconds
  3. Then add turmeric powder n mix well.
  4. Then add d tomatoe paste n then add garam masala n corriander powder n salt n mix well.
  5. owder n salt n mix well. Add little water n cook properly for a few mins.
  6. Then finally break d egg slowly one by one on d masala
  7. Sprinkle green corriander n cover the pan with lid for abt 5-6mins.
  8. Slowly with a spoon put d masala over d egg
  9. Then with a flat serving spoon cut d egg n serve hot with rotis or bun
