Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green chilly - 8
  2. Gram flour - 1 cup
  3. Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  4. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  6. Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
  7. Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  9. Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - for frying
  12. For stuffing
  13. Boiled and mashed potato - 1/2 bowl
  14. Chat masala - 1/4 tsp
  15. Salt - to taste
  16. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the green chilly in a slit
  2. Remove the seeds.
  3. Take a bowl add boiled n mashed potato,red chilly powder,chat masala and salt and mix well.
  4. Now stuffing is ready.
  5. Take a bowl add gram flour,rice flour,ginger garlic paste,roasted cumin seeds powder,salt,red chilly powder,carom seeds,onion seeds,baking soda and salt and mix well.
  6. With the help of water make a thick batter.
  7. Heat enough oil in a pan.
  8. Dip the stuffed green chilly into the batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden n crispy.
  9. Serve hot with tea.
