Ingredients to make kozukkattai

How to make kozukkattai

  1. grated coconut & jaggery mix well
  2. a kadai in low flame
  3. put mixed coconut stirr week
  4. 15 minutes pooranam ready
  5. off gas add elaichi powder
  6. this is sweet
  7. soak urd dall 1/2 an hour
  8. drain water add chilly hing salt
  9. grind well
  10. after cook steam 20 minutes
  11. spiller musterd & kari leaves
  12. this is Karam
  13. cooking flour mash well
  14. make small ball & make soppu( small bowl)
  15. inside karam & sweet & close
  16. then cook steam in idly that's
  17. shining kozukkattai ready to eat
