Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. amaranth flour one cup
  2. one medium sized boiled n peeled potato
  3. salt to taste
  4. for filling 100 grams paneer
  5. half teaspoon salt one fourth chilli powder
  6. Green coriander two teaspoon chopped
  7. one green chilli
  8. oil for frying 250 grams
  9. one fourth cup of water to make dough though all will not be required

Instructions

  1. mix amaranth flour and grate the boiled potato add salt mix very well
  2. sorinkle few drops of water and make tight doudh
  3. crumble paneer with all masale Green chilli coriander n keep
  4. sprinkle few drops of water and make a tight dough
  5. make equal sized balls of this dough
  6. roll out with a rolling pin place the paneer mixture on it close wdith light hands
  7. flatten by hand in a round shape
  8. heat oil in a wok
  9. deep fry these kachoris first on hugh flame and then on medium
  10. jeep flipping till golden in colour
  11. remove on a kitchen towel to absorb any extra oil
  12. serve with curd or any veggetable of ur choice
  13. it can be had without anything too
