Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup poha (Flatten rice)
  2. 1 1/2 cup water
  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped mix vegetables of your choice
  4. 1/2 tsp Finley chopped green chilli
  5. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tbsp oil
  7. 1/2 cup grated amul cheese
  8. 1/2 cup grated paneer
  9. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  10. 1/2 tsp oregano
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, put salt ,chopped vegetables ,oil, red chilli powder and two cup water in it and mix well, let it boil for sometime.
  2. Meanwhile grind the poha to powder in grinder.
  3. Now add poha powder slowly in the boiling water and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.
  4. Saute this mix for sometime in medium flame and then put of the gas.
  5. Now keep this mixture aside to cool down.
  6. Put salt and red chilli powder in grated paneer and mix well.
  7. Now make round Ball from this poha mix and stuff it with paneer and cheese. Make all the ball this way.
  8. Now steam all these balls in a steamer for 10 minutes . Then sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano on it.. Ready to serve.
  9. If you wish you can bake it also in 180 degree for 10 minutes.
