ABOUT Peanut Butter Cookies RECIPE

I love peanuts and wanted to make something with them.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour 100 gms
  2. Icing sugar 100 gms
  3. Butter 60 gms
  4. Peanut Butter 40 gms
  5. Strawberry essence 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cream fat and peanut butter together, adding essence and icing sugar.
  2. Add flour and knead to a soft dough.
  3. Roll the sheet to an even thickness and cut with desired biscuit cutter.
  4. Bake at 150 degree centigrade for 15 to 20 minutes.
