Flour 100 gms
Icing Sugar 55 gms
Butter 60 gms
Baking powder 1 gram
Salt 1 gram
Milk Powder 4 gms
Instant Coffee Powder 2 gms

Instructions

Sieve the flour along with baking powder and add milk powder.
Cream fat till soft and add coffee powder.
Add icing sugar and as well as flour and knead well.
Roll into even thickness sheet and cut with biscuit cutter place on a baking tray.
Bake at 150 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
