Always we make makki roti but nw i tried a poori result is awsome..crispyy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 cup maize flour
  2. Salt
  3. 1/4tsp ajwain
  4. Oil 4 frying.

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough adding salt n ajwain with luke warm water.
  2. Roll on polythene a small poori with wet palms.
  3. Heat oil in k kadahi n fry till golden brown.
  4. Remove n put on a tissue
  5. Serve with sag.pickle n curd.
