Chocolate fudge

Ingredients to make Chocolate fudge

  • 1tin nestle milkmaid, 400gm
  • 50gm butter
  • 1/2cup dark chocolate powder
  • 100gm chopped nuts walnuts,almond,raisin...
  • 3 tbsp sugar ( as per required)
  • 1 tbsp instant coffe powder
  • 1 cup grated dry coconut

How to make Chocolate fudge

  1. Grease mould, or aluminum tray. Keep aside
  2. In thick heavy pot,quickly saute dry coconut powder (available in store)till all Moist evaporates.Put aside.
  3. Add butter to heated pot.Add all ingredients pouring milkmaid. Mix well on medium flame for 5 minutes. Keep mixing from all sides.
  4. On sim flame,keep mixing continously,till mixture thickens leaving all edges of pot.
  5. As it thickens in big lump, removing from gas pour in greased tray.
  6. Set it evenly spreading it. Little while with greasedkbife cut into squares. Let it cool.
  7. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Store in airtight container.
My Tip: Can add 2 tbsp of all purpose flour to make it more lumpy.
