ABOUT Tangy Spicy Crunchy Poha RECIPE

Poha is everyone's favourite. Most of the time i prepare poha with grated Coconut. Just wanted to add tangy mango, crunchy peanut and spicy capsicum.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha 1 cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Green chillies 2
  4. Mango finely chopped handful
  5. Capsicum finely chopped handful
  6. Peanuts handful
  7. oil
  8. Mustard
  9. Channa dal 1 tsp
  10. curry leaves
  11. Turmeric required
  12. Salt required

Instructions

  1. Rinse and soak Poha with little water
  2. Heat oil. Add Mustard. When it cracks add Channa dal
  3. Add peanuts and saute well. Add onion slices, green chillies and curry leaves saute well.
  4. Add finely chopped mango and Capsicum. Saute well
  5. Add Turmeric and salt. Mix well
  6. Add Poha and Mix well. Cook for 5 mins on low flame and serve hot
