Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Makka ka atta - 1 cup
  2. Boiled n mashed potato - 1
  3. Clarified butter -4 tbsp
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Curd - 2 tbsp
  6. Butter - 1 cube
  7. For stuffing
  8. Boiled n mashed potato - 1/2 cup
  9. Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
  10. Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  11. Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
  12. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  13. Salt - to taste
  14. Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all stuffing ingredients and mix well.
  2. Now stuffing is ready.
  3. In a kneading bowl mix maize flour / makki ka atta,boiled n mashed potato,salt and 2 tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
  4. Make a soft dough.
  5. Dont use water if nessary you can use curd.
  6. Divide the dough into balls.
  7. Place the potato filling and seal it.
  8. Place a plastic sheet over that place a ball of dough is cover with other plastic sheet and then roll tightly this will ensure that it does not break and steak.
  9. Grease a pan with little clarified butter/ghee and heat on a medium flame
  10. Makki ki aloo bhari roti is ready to eat.
  11. Serve with butter.
