Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For cup cakes
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 3 tablespoon chesnut flour /singhara aata
  5. 1 tablespoon samak rice flour
  6. 1 tablespoon honey
  7. 1 tablespoon of ghee or oil
  8. 4 to 5 almonds fir garnishing
  9. For rabri
  10. 1 liter milk
  11. 2 tablespoon milk powder
  12. 2 tablespoon sugar
  13. 1 teaspoon crushed cardmoms seeds
  14. 4 to 5 kesar threads diluted in
  15. 1 tablespoon of milk

Instructions

  1. Boil milk till half consistency of milk
  2. Add milk powder mix and boil till desired thickness
  3. Add sugar along with cardmoms and kesar milk cook for few more mins
  4. Off the gas milk will be thick little more after cool
  5. Grind to make paste of banana with 2 table spoon of milk take the paste out in a bowl
  6. Add flours in it
  7. Add honey in it
  8. Add milk according to pouring consistency
  9. Grease the mini uttapam pan
  10. Fill all cavities with sufficient batter
  11. Filp all after 2 to 3 minutes
  12. Roast on low flame till golden in colour from both sides
  13. Pour rabri over the pan cakes garnish wih almonds
