Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Kodo Millet 1.5 cup
  2. Moong dal 1/2 cup
  3. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Salt
  5. For seasoning oil
  6. Mustard
  7. Jeera
  8. Channa dal
  9. Red chillies 3
  10. curry leaves
  11. Hing
  12. For garnishing Coconut

Instructions

  1. Dry Roast 1.5 cup Millets and 0.5 cup Moong dal till you get good aroma
  2. Rinse millet and dal well. Add 8 cups of water
  3. Prepare tadka with oil, mustard, jeera, Channa dal, hing, red chillies and curry leaves
  4. Add salt and tadka
  5. Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  6. Once pressure is released add grated coconut. Mix well
  7. Serve hot with chutney and sambar
