Mix together the semolina, chickpea flour, curd, salt, turmeric and make a batter of cake consistency by adding sufficient amount of water.
Add the Eno sachet and mix well.
Pour in a greased square tin and steam for about 20 minutes.
In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds and coriander seeds. When they splutter add the curry leaves.
Add 1 cup of water and sugar and bring to a boil.
Demould the dhoklas and cut into square shapes. Pour the boiled water on the dhoklas and serve.
