ABOUT Chilli Taccos Shell RECIPE

These taccos are a healthy version to have it as snacks, breakfast or brunch. Its so healthy because of rajma, tomato and spices. Even kids like it to have.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For Taccos Shell:. 1 bowl makai ka ata
  2. 1/2 bowl besan
  3. 1 to2 tbsp oil for moyan
  4. 2 cups of water or as required to make dough
  5. 1/2 kadai oil or as required for deep fry
  6. For filling : 1 bowl soaked rajma
  7. 4 tomatoes pure
  8. 2 green spring onions also leaves will be used chopped
  9. 2 green chillies chopped
  10. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. Salt 1 tbsp or to taste
  13. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  14. 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  15. 1 tbsp pudina leaves
  16. 1/2 cup grated cheese
  17. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  18. Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Process of Taccos Shell... Mix both flours and add oil and water to make a dough
  2. Keep the dough covered for sometime
  3. Now make round like puris from dough
  4. Kadai me oil garam kare
  5. Now deep fry the puris and while frying shape it as shell with belan or direct as you prefer
  6. Taccos Shells are ready.
  7. Process for making rajma with tomato pure.... Cooker me oil garam kare usme tomato pure add kare
  8. Now add soaked rajma
  9. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder
  10. Mix well. Lid close karke around 10 whistles lagaye ya agar zyada soaked hai to jaldi pak jayega so as required
  11. Process for making taccos filling... Ab ye rajma with tomato pure 1 bowl me le le
  12. Add grated cheese
  13. Add salt as to taste as rajma me already salt hai
  14. Add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, black pepper powder
  15. Add chopped.. green chillies, pudina leaves and spring onions
  16. Mix all well and just taste it.. its awesome
  17. Process of Assembling... Take a taccos shell
  18. Fill in shredded cabbage
  19. Fill the mixture we prepared
  20. Top with grated cheese and pudina leaves
  21. Just have it immediately to taste its again an amazing taste you will definitely love it
  22. For platting... Take 3 taccos ready with filling and topping and plate it adjust in a plate nicely in a Mexican platter
  23. Spread a line of red chilli sauce and touched to it a line of green chilli sauce
  24. On other corner make a heap of spring onions and on it keep a tomato rose
  25. On opposite side keep 1 and 1 tomato rose on both sides
  26. Its ready just superb
