ABOUT Poha Sushi RECIPE

This is a vegeterian version of Sushi. It is melt in mouth sushi and i am sure you are going to love it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 Cup Poha
  2. 1/2 Cup milk
  3. 1/4 cup water
  4. 1 tbsp sugar
  5. A pinch of Cardamom powder
  6. 1/2 medium sized Mango

Instructions

  1. Wash poha 2-3 times and transfer it into a pan
  2. Heat the pan and add water, milk into it
  3. Cook till it becomes thick
  4. Switch off the flame and add sugar, cardamom powder
  5. Spread it onto a flat thali and let it cool down
  6. Now peel the mango and cut into thin strips with the help of a peeler or a sharp grater
  7. Now put the poha mixture onto it and roll the sushi into desired shape
  8. Garnish them with fruits or have it as is
