Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Half packet of rice noodles/vermicelli weighs approximately 100grams
  2. Half carrot
  3. 10 french beans
  4. two tablespoons roasted and crushed peanuts
  5. mustard seeds one teaspoon
  6. oil two tablespoons
  7. green chilli one
  8. two red whole chillies
  9. karripatta sprig one
  10. salt to taste
  11. red chilli powder half teaspoon this is optional
  12. lime juice one teaspoon

Instructions

  1. blanch vermicelli in hot water drain and keep
  2. take a pan heat add oil mustard seeds crackle then add karripatta leaves and green chilli finely chopped add red chilli also at the same time
  3. add roasted and crushed peanuts
  4. after half a minute add carrot and beans very finely chopped with salt cover with lid n cook the vegetables till they soften
  5. now add vermicelli red chilli powder and lime juice mix well cover for a minute and put off the flame
  6. mix serve hot
