Kimchi fried rice

Ingredients to make Kimchi fried rice

  • 3 cups of freshly cooked rice
  • 1 cup kimchi, drained and chopped
  • 200 grams of pork, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce (optional)
  • salt to taste

How to make Kimchi fried rice

  1. Take a pan and heat a teaspoon of oil, then saute and cook the kimchi and onion together for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Then put in half tablespoon of the butter, garlic, and soya sauce together. Stir these ingredients together and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Now add the sliced pork, saute and cook till the meat is tender.
  4. Once the pork is cooked, switch off the heat.
  5. Put in the remaining butter along with the cooked rice and salt to taste, mix and combine it well together.
  6. Serve hot for best taste.
