Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flour 100 gms
  2. Sugar 25 gms
  3. Salt 2 gms
  4. Yeast 2 gms
  5. Refined Oil 6 gms
  6. Milk Powder 8 gms
  7. Water 50 gms
  8. Bread Improver 2 gms

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour. Dissolve sugar, salt and yeast in lukewarm water.
  2. Start kneading the flour with the above solution.
  3. Also add the oil and knead till you get thin filament while spreading with a bit of dough with hand.
  4. Rest the dough for fermentation, cover with cloth and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Knock back the dough and cut into 300 grams roll and place in a greased bread moulds. Keep it for proofing covered in warm place for 45 minutes.
  6. After proofing bake at 200 degree centigrade for 15 to 20 minutes.
