It's simple vegetables poha but little change is being used by Maggi masala.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Poha-1bowl
  2. Milk-1/2cup
  3. Salt as taste
  4. Chopped Green chilli-2
  5. Chopped onion-1
  6. Ginger grated-1teas
  7. thin chopped potato -1large
  8. Chopped tomatoes-2big
  9. Chopped Coriander leaves-1tabs
  10. Jeera-1teas
  11. Haldi-1teas
  12. Red chilli powder-1teas
  13. Sugar-1teas
  14. Maggi masala-1tabs
  15. Oil-2tabs
  16. Lemon juice- 1 lemon's

Instructions

  1. First of all Poha wash and soak in milk.
  2. Now heat a pan on gas add oil in it.
  3. Add ginger, onion, green chilli fry for 2 min add potato and some salt cover for 5min and cook on low flame.
  4. After cooking, add tomatoes in it and cook for 2 min and add haldi, sugar, red chilli powder mix well.
  5. And lastly add soak Poha in pan add salt, lemon juice and Maggi masala mix it very well.
  6. Cook for 2 min with lid.
  7. After cook take out the Poha in bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
