Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Sabudana powder
  2. 1 Boiled Potato
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. 2 tablespoons Cashew nuts
  6. 2 tablespoons peanuts
  7. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  8. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  9. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  10. 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
  11. 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  12. 2 tablespoons fresh cream
  13. 1 tablespoon Kasturi methi
  14. Rock Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Firstly dry roast peanuts and peeled it.
  2. Then crushed it and add salt and black pepper and mix it and keep aside.
  3. I made sabudana powder own. Put sabudana in grinder and grind it to fine powder.
  4. Now peeled and mashed Boiled potato.
  5. Now put sabudana in bowl add potato, salt, red chilli powder, green chili, coriander powder and mix it nicely
  6. Then make dough with the help of water.
  7. Now take small balls from dough and put hole in center.
  8. In center put peanuts powder and closed it.
  9. Like this make all kofta balls.
  10. Then take Appam Patra and put all balls in all cavity and baked it. It takes 10 minutes.
  11. Then take it out all balls from Appam and put aside.
  12. Now chopped tomatoes and green chillies.
  13. Now take nonstick pan put 1 glass water for Boil.
  14. After one boil put tomatoes, green chillies, Cashew nuts, cumin seeds and Boiled it for 5 minutes.
  15. Then when it comes on room temperature put in grinder and grind it to make fine paste.
  16. Put non stick pan on gas heat it then put paste.
  17. Then saute it for 2 minutes.
  18. Then add red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and 1 cup water and give one boil.
  19. Then add 2 tablespoons cream and saute it for 2 minutes.
  20. After that add Kasturi methi.
  21. Then put all kofta balls and give one boil.
  22. Gravy consistency as per your requirement.
  23. Served with naan, roti, rice or crepes.
