ABOUT Rice Paneer Parantha RECIPE

Rice flour thepla/ parantha with paneer ,green chilli and tomato ,knead with little chaas.Makes a great breakfast and light lunch too with chutneys of your choice .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 1/2 cups rice flour
  2. 1 cup curdchaas
  3. 1 small onion
  4. 1 tomato
  5. Green chilli
  6. 1 small boil potato
  7. 50 grams Paneer
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/2 tspn pepper

Instructions

  1. Take flour in a bowl
  2. Add chopped onion
  3. Add fine cut tomato
  4. Add green chillies cut fine
  5. Boil potato to be mashed well
  6. Mash paneer well
  7. Add all ingredients to rice flour
  8. Add salt pepper
  9. Now make a crumble of all the ingredients
  10. Bind now by adding curd chaas little by little.
  11. Use little oil in palms and grease dough keep in fridge for 5-10minutes
  12. Now make portions greasing ur palm or dusting with rice flour
  13. Take a butter paper or plastic sheet press with fingers into rounds
  14. Heat a gridle well
  15. Pick the rice parantha along with paper and slowly place on the gridle
  16. Now leave some oil from sides so ends don't remain undone ,and cover to steam cook
  17. Slowly over turn on other side
  18. As it's steam done on one side
  19. Golden fry both sides and it's done
  20. Serve hot with chutney butter or even as a meal with sambhar
