Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. To make Pizza Dough:
  2. 1 1/2 cup quinoa flour
  3. 1/2 cup semolina
  4. 1 tsp dry yeast
  5. 1 cup warm water
  6. 1 tsp sugar
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. To make Pizza Sauce:
  10. 1 cup tomato puree
  11. 1 tsp oregano
  12. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  13. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  14. 1 tsp salt
  15. Toppings:
  16. Grated mozzarella cheese
  17. 3 bell peppers, chopped
  18. Olives
  19. Sweet corn kennels

Instructions

  1. How to make pizza dough:
  2. In a small bowl add 2 tbsp of warm water, yeast, and sugar and keep it aside to activate it.
  3. In another medium sized bowl, add quinoa flour, semolina, salt and oil and mix it well.
  4. Now add yeast mixture into flour, once yeast is activated.
  5. Make a dough using warm water and place it into warm place into your kitchen for 4-5 hours to rise.
  6. How to make pizza sauce;
  7. In a medium sized pan add all the ingredients if pizza sauce and mix it will.
  8. Cook kit for 7-8 mins until it becomes thick.
  9. Keep it aside.
  10. How to proceed:
  11. Once the pizza dough rised, roll it out thing rolling pin and bake it for 8 mins into Microwave on 180 degrees.
  12. After one side baked, flip the pizza base and on baked side apply pizza sauce, cheese and all the toppings and again bake it for 10 mins.
  13. Serve hot into your dinner!
