This is my innovative recipe . I made vermicelli from water chestnut flour and make panna cotta

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Water chestnut flour 1 cup
  2. Milk 1 lt
  3. Ripe Mango pulp or paste 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar to taste
  5. Pure ghee 1/2 tsp
  6. Chopped dryfruits 2tbsp
  7. Agar agar powder 4 tsp
  8. Vanilla extract 4-5 drops

Instructions

  1. First we will make vermicelli . For this take a high-hipped plater put water chestnut flour in it .
  2. With Luke-warm water make soft dough of flour and give 10 minutes . rest .
  3. After 10 minutes kneed the dough well and put this dough in vermicelli aur sev maker
  4. Now make vermicelli
  5. Now put it in sunlight or under the fan for dry .
  6. When vermicelli completely dry .take a wok put 1/2 tsp pure ghee and heat it now put vermicelli in the wok and roast it on slow flame until become slightly brown .
  7. After that switch off the flame and remove the roasted vermicelli from the wok .
  8. Now boil the milk in a pan and cook until become reduce 2/3 amount .
  9. Now add roasted vermicelli in milk and cook 10 -15 min on slow flame. And then add sugar in it and cook 2-3 min then switch off the flame .
  10. Now divide this vermicelli kheer in 1/3 and 2/3 part .
  11. In 2/3 part add agar agar powder & vanilla extract and stir it until agar agar powder fully dissolve .
  12. Now arrange the cup like the picture and half fill from vanilla flavour vermicelli kheer
  13. And put them in refrigerator for fully set .
  14. When it fully set . Again heat the 1/3 part and add agar agar powder until fully dissolve . Now remove from flame and let cool down .
  15. Now add mango paste .and pour the cup from mango flavour vermicelli kheer.
  16. Now again put these cups in refrigerator for completely set .
  17. When panna cotta set completely garnish with dry Fruits and serve .
