Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For Katori -Jowar puff 1 cup
  2. Rajgira puff 1cup
  3. Corn puff 1 cup
  4. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  5. Oil 1 tsp
  6. Salt
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Boil potato finely chopped 1/2 cup
  9. Small onion finely chopped 1tbsp
  10. Boil sweet corn 1/2cup
  11. Chaat masala powder 1tsp
  12. Chilli powder 1 pinch
  13. Green chilli finely chopped 1no
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Curd 1 cup
  16. Tamarind and dates red chatani 1/2cup
  17. Pudina and coriander green chatani 1/2cup

Instructions

  1. In thick bottom pan add little jowar millets,on high flame of the gas let it puff fully.
  2. Similarly make corn and rajgira puff.
  3. Make fine powder of all puffs in a mixer.
  4. Add all puffs powder,gram flour,oil and salt.Make little hard dough.
  5. Roll puri.
  6. Stick puri on the back side of the small katori.
  7. Fry katori in the oil.Make it crispy.
  8. Keep aside for cooling
  9. Add chopped boiled potato, chopped onion,boiled corn in a bowl mix with chaat masala,salt,chilli powder.
  10. Now arrange katori chaat,in Katori first add mixture then curd,red chatani and green chatani.
  11. Garnish with sev and pomegranate.
