ABOUT Nekulee(Rice flour kheer) RECIPE

It's a my mother's special rice flour kheer recipee.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 liter milk
  2. 100 gram rice flour
  3. 100 gram sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon mawa
  5. 5-6 unsalted chopped pista
  6. 5-6 chopped cashew nuts
  7. 5-6 chopped almond
  8. 1/2 teaspoon cordmom powder
  9. 1 teaspoon ghee

Instructions

  1. Take 1/2 cup of water in a pan or kadhai add 1 teaspoon ghee in it and boil
  2. Add rice flour in it and stair continuesly for4-5 minutes and then transfer into a plate
  3. Now make a soft dough and make very small small pieces , like a puff rice
  4. Heat milk in a pan,when it starts boilling add rice pieces
  5. Stair occasionally, often stirring will dissolve the rice pieces ,add mawa and sugar and mix well
  6. Off the flame
  7. Add cordmom powder, garnish with chopped pista, almond and cashew nuts
  8. Serve hot or cold.
