A grt fusion of indian idli with italian topping

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 Idlis
  2. 4 garlic
  3. 3 tbsp butter
  4. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  5. 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  6. 1/2 tsp oregano
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  9. 2 tbsp finely chopped onion
  10. 2 tbsp finely chopped black olives
  11. 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. I had cooked Idlis in a big plate and cut it into garlic bread sizes...thus giving Idlis a flat surface to be further baked...
  2. Mince the garlic and mix it with butter, chili flakes, mixed herbs and oregano
  3. Apply this paste on each idli....top it up with some mozzerella cheese and chopped capsicum, onion and olives...
  4. Sprinkle some mixed herbs, oregano and chili flakes...some salt if required...
  5. Bake this at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or till the bottom turns a bit crispy. ..bake it in a greeted plate...
  6. Serve it with tomato sauce or any desired dip or chutney...
  7. A great recipe to enjoy wheat free garlic bread...
